moulding | Steps to crown molding installation said:   June 27, 2012 11:41 pm PST
You are just few calls away from hiring a contractor for crown molding installation at your house. You can do it on your own if at all you know about the installation process. But, if you want to reduce material waste, eliminate the cutting errors, and a save both money and time then look for professionals immediately. Experts aren’t easy to find, so you must do a thorough research to get the ideal service provider. It is very important to find out a genuine provider who has good experience in this particular field. Not everyone knows about the customary mode of cutting crown molding, so to find out the right carpenter you need to browse through several websites. Make sure you choose a contractor who has master craftsman, cabinet makers, and professional carpenters in his company. See to it that they are able to cut crown molding just without the use of coping saw.

Jamco Construction gave me a new Bathroom that I Love to show off. Michael is very tentative to your concerns. Job well done. Jamco also replaced a sliding glass door with a new lentil that was previously put in wrong by someone else. Michael stayed until the door was complete as to not leave us unable to lock up Thanks Michael!I highly recommend Jamco Construction for any renovations you may have.

Jamco Construction remodeled our family and living rooms and master bedroom. They performed the following work in the family room: removed carpet and installed rectified porcelain tile; re-modeled existing drywall wall unit for new television and equipment; installed new television on bracket; installed new lights and speakers in ceiling; installed new wood moulding around sliding glass doors; replaced a window; replaced all floor and door mouldings; installed crown moulding; and painted. They performed the following work in the living room and master bedroom: installed wood floor; replaced all floor and door mouldings; installed crown moulding; installed new wood moulding around sliding glass doors; replaced all door hardware; and painted. In the master bedroom, they also installed mirror closet doors. In all rooms, installed new light fixtures. Jamco Construction did a great job. They are very easy to work with, dependable and trustworthy. They started and completed the project on time.

Michael Lezcano, president of Jamco Construction, was very professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Michael was prompt in providing a written estimate for the work. Due to the upcoming holidays, we had a short time frame for completing the work and not only did Michael agree to work us in on short notice, but he finished ahead of schedule. His workers were professional and courteous. When minor unforseen issues came to light during the course of the project, Michael and his team were very flexible in dealing with these contingencies. I plan to hire Jamco to remodel our other bathroom in the near future.

The owner and two workers were all very responsive and professional. They renovated my kitchen and their work was excellent. I was comfortable with them at my house without my presence. Also did a lot of extras to help me with some smaller projects. Will use again in future!

All workers were prompt, courteous, protective of my property by covering and moving as necessary. Michael, the owner, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process thoroughly. Went above and beyond when an issue with former work by someone else occurred.

After receiving two previous bids on the project, I contacted Michael from Jamco after researching on Angie's List. He was prompt with coming out to assess the project and e-mailed me the bid within a week. He came with good ideas and had a professional yet very friendly personality. I called him with a few questions and accepted his bid. It wasn't the lowest bid, but I had a good gut feeling when I met him. He returned to take measurements for tile and go over the cabinetry which he ordered for me (not included in price). I ordered the tile using his discount which he picked up and delivered to my home. I ordered the fixtures using a personal connection to a distributor. When all supplies were here, he started work, arriving with his two assistants. He layed tarps in the appropriate areas daily, removed them at days end, and did a great job of clean up each day. He and his helpers put in a full day for the three weeks it took to complete the job, taking an hour for lunch each day. I appreciated that he didn't sandwich in other jobs with mine, prolonging the time it took to complete mine. The subs he used (plumber, granite, and shower glass enclosure) were professional; he was always here when they came to do their part. The experience I had with Michael of Jamco was excellent and "pain free". They were professional, considerate, trustworthy and even befriended our pug, Riley. The quality of work was phenomenal - they skimped on no details. I gave them a housekey at the beginning and didn't worry about not being home while the work was in progress. I will be remodeling another bathroom in the near future which I will have them do.

I have used Jamco in the past to install new countertops for our kitchen. I began the dining room renovation by starting to remove the wallpaper. It was immediately obvious that the wallpaper was not going to come off easily. I worked for two days and only did about half. Because of my previous expirience I called Jamco to see if they could finish the wallpaper removal and paint the dining room. They showed up on Thursday to finish the wallpaper removal. Then on Friday, they finished the job in one day. This included:1. Removing the curtains and moving furniture.2. Mudding the walls to even out the spots where the drywall was gouged.3. Sanding the walls.4. Applying texture5. Priming the wall6. Applying two coats of paint.7. Re-installing the curtains and replacing the furniture. Michael was very flexible in getting the job done before a party we are having on Saturday. Thanks, Michael for a great job!!

Jamco has been deeply remodeling my home, one piece at a time, since 2009. The most recent hall/stairway/frontdoor was in September. The last part, garage and porches, is scheduled for the spring of 2012. Presently the job is about 90% completed at a cost of less than $20K. For a job like this it is good to have a reliable, affordable and quality-concious contractor.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's list. Due to personal issues of my own, I had to reschedule Mike twice and the coupon was due to expire. He told me not to worry about it and that he would still honor even if the expiration date had passed. Once I rescheduled the 3rd time, he came at the time agreed upon and painted my room. The room's lighting is very poor which made it difficult to see how well the paint covered . I was concerned that one coat would not cover properly and Mike said to call him if I had any problem. The next day I did notice some areas that were not covered fully and I called Mike back. He came back out with no problem and gave the room a second coat. I was very pleased and appreciated his professionalism in returning to my home to fix the problem.
